VIP Programme levels are changed on the first week of each month.

Players are eligible for their first VIP Level upgrade after playing in two calendar months. For example, a player who signs up at Better Poker on January 4 will only be eligible for a VIP Level upgrade on March 1.

Players are assigned to a VIP Level based a weighted Better Points averaged over the past three months: 50% of the previous month, 30% of the month before and 20% of the month before that.

For example, if a player earns 10,000 points in January + 10,000 points in February + 10,000 points in March, the calculation is 10,000 x 20% (January) + 10,000 x 30% (February) + 10,000 x 50% (March) = 10,000. This weighted average determines the player's VIP level for April.

Better Points are awarded to players for each hand in which they participate, as long as the hand is raked, no matter whether the player contributed to the pot by placing a blind or a bet, or whether the player folded. Read more about our Ring Game Rake Structure.

Points are also awarded based on the fees paid by the player when buying-in to a tournament. In a tournament listed as $10+$1, $1 is the amount considered as fees.

Better Poker is pleased to give its Gold, Platinum and Platinum Plus Level players a monthly Loyalty Cash Bonus. The bonus is added to your real money account during the second week of each month. For every 500 Better Points you earn, $5 will be converted into real money.

Please send an email to when you reach the Platinum Plus level and let us know what sports you enjoy the most. We are well positioned to reward you with tickets to sporting events and racing days. We will also appoint a dedicated VIP Manager to help you with all your queries.

Your participation in the VIP Programme programme shall be deemed to constitute your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Better Poker's VIP Programme programme membership and benefits are provided at the sole discretion of Better Poker.
2. Better Poker reserves the right to terminate or amend VIP Programme programme membership and benefits at its sole discretion and at any time.
3. Participation in the VIP Programme programme is subject to the terms, conditions and regulations of the programme. Better Poker reserves the right to modify, add or delete these programme rules at any time with or without notice, though Better Poker will attempt to provide reasonable notice in all instances as appropriate. You are encouraged to review these general Terms and Conditions and the other VIP pages on a regular basis in order to determine if Better Poker has amended the provision.
4. Better Poker retains the sole right to interpret and apply the VIP Programme programme rules.
5. Membership in the Better Poker VIP Programme programme is free and available to individuals residing in countries where such membership is allowed. Participation in some countries may be prohibited by local law.
6. Only individuals are eligible for membership in the VIP Programme programme. Only the individual named in the Better Poker account may play under that account.
7. Membership is offered at the discretion of Better Poker. Better Poker may deny membership to any applicant. Any such decision to deny membership shall not be open to appeal or review.
8. Better Points may not be transferred, bartered, sold or traded in any way.
9. Players who chose to buy into any land-based Events through the VIP Programme programme, should that possibility become available, grant Better Poker the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. These players further agree to help promote Better Poker and act as a Better Poker spokesperson during and after the Events, including, but not limited to, meeting with press and participating in other events conducted by Better Poker. Players must wear Better Poker logo gear during the durations of the events.
10. Any abuse of the programme or failure to follow programme rules may result in the termination of membership and forfeiture of all accrued Better Poker Points.
11. Better Poker's general Terms of Use also apply to the VIP Programme programme.
12. Decisions of Better Poker' staff and management about any aspect of the VIP Programme programme will be final.

1. Better Poker will issue a monthly Loyalty Cash Bonus to Platinum and Platinum Plus Level players.
2. The Loyalty Cash Bonus will be issued to players during the second week of the month.
3. The bonus will be added to player's bonus dollars. For every 500 you earn, $5 will be redeemed from Pending Bonus Dollars account and converted into real money.
4. The listing of players' VIP Levels is according to Better Poker software's calculation at the beginning of each month. Manual upgrades during the course of the month are not considered for the purpose of this promotion.
5. Better Poker reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time.
6. Any and all decisions regarding the implementation of this promotion made by the Better Poker Management are final.
