TOURNAMENTS
Tournament Poker is a really exciting way to play the game. The format allows a set number of players to fight it out to be the last man standing and claim the top prize. All players in the tournament buy in for the same amount and receive an equal amount of chips to start the game with. As the tournament progresses the blinds (compulsory bets) go up to take account of players getting knocked out. There are several different types of tournament playing our different poker games (Hold 'Em, Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, 7 Card Stud, 5 Card Stud), a full glossary is below.
